As we all await the hoped-for end to California’s handgun roster, firearm manufacturers still have to grapple with that absurd process. CRPA Board Member Jay Jacobson, owner of Franklin Armory, knows full well just how arduous it can be to secure inclusion on the roster.

At the recent SHOT Show, Jay sat down with Kevin Small to talk about how he approached that process and got a new firearm added to the roster…without even having others removed!
