Just as important as the right to carry arms, it’s vital to understand the responsibility that comes with owning and handling them. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, more than 580 people were killed due to the accidental discharge of a firearm in the year of 2014. Many of these mistakes could have been prevented by utilizing proper firearm safety.
