In 2014, 580 people lost their lives due to the accidental discharge of a firearm. Many of those discharges came from people not properly clearing their pistol and then performing what they thought was a “dry fire”. It only takes a moment for you to verify that your pistol is unloaded and ready to field strip.

Everyone should get into the habit of verifying for themselves that the firearm is cleared whenever they pick up, or are handed an “unloaded” firearm.
