Seeking volunteers to help staff our booth at the 2026 California Mid-State Fair

This year, our need for your support is more urgent than ever.
We’re calling on all local members and community leaders and partners to step up. We need your help to ensure the chapter’s mission continues and that we maintain a strong presence during this critical outreach event.

Event Details

  • Fair Dates: July 15 – July 26, 2026
  • Location: Paso Robles Event Center
  • Booth Location: Adelaide Hall, Booth 55

Why We Need You Staffing the booth for 12 consecutive days requires a full team. Your involvement ensures we can:

  • Educate fair-goers on California firearm laws and safety
  • Grow our local chapter membership to strengthen our advocacy
  • Provide a friendly, approachable face for the shooting sports community during this challenging time for our leadership

Volunteer Benefits To thank you for your commitment and for helping us cover these essential shifts, we are pleased to offer:

  • Free One-Year Membership: Any non-CRPA member volunteers who staffs at least two 4-hour shifts will receive a complimentary one-year CRPA membership
  • Promote Your Organization: We encourage volunteers from local clubs, ranges, or training groups to wear their branded gear. This is an excellent way to promote your own organization while standing in solidarity with the CRPA SLO Chapter.
